The Garden of One Thousand Buddhas and Ewam's Nyingma School of Tibetan
Buddhism in western Montana’s Jocko Valley, just north of Arlee, is being created
through the visionary guidance of Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche, an incarnate Tibetan
Nestled in the peaceful valley in the land of the Confederated Salish
and Kootenai Tribes of the Flathead Reservation, the Garden of One Thousand
Buddhas’s purpose is to bring about positive transformation within those who visit, in
response to the rising negativity in the world today.
The Ewam Center and Garden has
weekly guided tours on Saturdays from May-October, and hosts an annual Peace
Festival in September. Group tours can be arranged in advance and the Garden and
